PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training sessions are structured, and jam packed with functional exercises and motivation to get you to your goals faster than by yourself. Training sessions last 30 min to an hour. During your first session we will have a health consultation and then we can get started that same day if you would like. Helping you achieve your goal is my goal. Every exercise will be recorded and I will chart your progress toward your goal. You may even surpass your goal earlier than expected.

Lets get movin'! Hi, my name is Darren Niedermeyer and I am the founder of DWiN personal training located in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I am an AFAA certified personal trainer, but I bring more than that to your goals. What sets me apart from other trainers is my experience as an international track and field athlete. I'm a world ranked pole vaulter who has grown up around training. I bring over 15 years of training experience to helping you reach your goals. My experience ranges from training clients with diabetes, post ACL rehab, high blood pressure and speed and agility training.​​​ DWiN training may train you at Bell Athletics, your gym or your school's facilities. Training locations are flexible.

​​Speed and agility training is a fun way to get ready for your sports season or just to get in better shape. It really is the basics for human movement. DWiN speed and agility training is proven to increase coordination and quickness through periodization that is based on the athletes own ability to handle different stimuli. DWiN speed and agility will teach correct running and lifting mechanics to young athletes so they have it for the rest of their lives. 16-17 year old athletes may start using heavier weights once they learn proper lift mechanics.
